In loving memory of Allene Shipman in Rochester, Minnesota, born in Endicott, New York, who departed this world on June 25, 2025 at the age of 89. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donovan Champ McCarty and Mildred Jane McCarty (Clark); her husband Richard Shipman; her brother Joel McCarty; and her great grandchild Ben Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Jr. (Debra) of Spooner, WI, Nancy Timp (Greg) of Rochester, MN, Jim (Carol) of Byron, MN and Kathy Kyllo (Jeff) of Marion Township, MN.; and her siblings, Janet Chaffee of Tunkhannock, PA and Donovan McCarty of Endicott, NY. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials are preferred to Samaritan Bethany in Rochester, Christ United Methodist Church, or to the donor's choice.
