Anna Mae Lennington Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Anna Mae Lennington (Rochester, Minnesota), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 13, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid Anna Mae farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Anna Mae is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

She was predeceased by: her brothers, Tom, Bill and John. She is survived by: her husband David Lennington; and her children, Steve Spratte-Lennington (Kay) of Goshen, KY, Adele Bauch (Paul) of Apple Valley, MN, Jim Lennington (Barb) of Bismarck, ND and Bart Lennington (Joy) of Atchison, KS. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and many extended family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial gifts be sent to Minnesota Public Radio, Peace United Church of Christ Memorial Fund, or Moments Hospice in Golden Valley, MN.
