She is survived by: her brother Jerry Quade; her daughters, Patrice Johnson, Nancy Johnson and Sandra Fagerholm; her son-in-law Bob Fagerholm; her grandchildren, Thomas Fagerholm Allison (Theresa Bauer) and Katherine Fagerholm (Richard Myers); and her great grandchild Theodore Reilly Carpenter.
