She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Winans and Anne Winans; and her brother Roger Winans. She is survived by: her sisters, Norma Young (Don) and Linda Floden (Jerry); her husband Bill Richter; her children, Annette Wimmer (Perre) and Dan Richter (Denise); her grandchildren, Andrew Wimmer (Kenzie), John Wimmer, Evan Richter and Leah Richter; and her great grandchildren, Finley and Addison Wimmer.
Memorials may be made to Mayo Hospice or The Congregational Church.
