He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Trimbak Talwalkar and Girija Talwalkar. He is survived by: his wife Prabha Tembe; his children, Jayant (Sarah) of Rochester, MN, Nandu (Christine) of Darien, CT and Anjali of Washington, D. C.; his grandchildren, Maura, Sophia, Malia, Nikhil and Matthew; and his daughter-in-law Sarah.
