It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Berg of Rochester, Minnesota, who passed away on January 31, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Aaby and Mabel Aaby (White); her husband David Berg; and her siblings, Gerald D. Aaby and Bonnie Kachelski.

She is survived by: her son Scott Berg (Carrie) of Rochester, MN; her grandchildren, Michael Gurtner (Kirsten) of Haughton, LA, Matthew Gurtner (Tasha) of Rochester, MN, Daniel Gurtner (Kari) of Rochester, MN and Kristie Restrepo (Alex) of Burnsville, MN; her great grandchildren, Ethan, Chase, Hannah, Liam, Tayla, Graham, Joslyn, Braylon and Hailey Gurtner; and her siblings, Donald Aaby of St. Louis, MO and Orrin Peck of Rochester, MN..

Due to the pandemic, we will be postponing a celebration of life ceremony until this Spring when we can safely gather.
