He is survived by: his parents, Fred Baker and Jane Baker (Kratzer) of Red Wing; his sister Julie Baker of Minneapolis; and his nephew Gibson Moxley of Atlanta, Georgia. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family requests for those in attendance to wear masks.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be maid to the Rochester Public Library Foundation, the Epilepsy Foundation of Minnesota, or the Glenmont UMC Youth Ministry in Silver Spring, MD.
