With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charleen Fifield of Rochester, Minnesota, born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on January 5, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Dunn and Inez Dunn; her brother Donald E. Dunn; and her husband John Russell Fifield, Sr.. She is survived by: her sister Sara Dunn Mates; her son John Russell Fifield Jr. (Jeanne); her granddaughters, Christine and Sally Fifield (Kabir Tumber); her son Daniel Walker Fifield (Holly); her grandchildren, Nicholas Fifield (Sarah), Teegan Braun (Chad), Amanda Sharp (Luke), Julia Steele and Sarah Fifield; and her stepgrandsons, Kaleb Luhman (Morgan), Jared Luhman (Valerie) and Gavin Luhman (Kristina). She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers Char requested donations to The Landing MN (thelandingmn.org) to help those experiencing homelessness.
