He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Elizabeth Johnson and Michael Johnson (Lindsay); his siblings, Brian Johnson (Diane), Gregory Johnson (Linda), David Johnson, Robert Johnson, Susan Young (Mark) and Mary Johnson; and his siblings-in-law, Amy Johnson and Frank Ficadenti.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Mayo Clinic's Cardiac ICU would be greatly appreciated.
