He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank and Dorothy; his brother Donald (Norma); and his daughter Jane. He is survived by: his children, Steve and Katie Vander Weit (George); his grandchildren, Jacob Vander Weit (Becca) and Rachel Vander Weit (Alfredo); and his siblings, John and Rita Schultz (Jim). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
