She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel McConnell and Catherine McConnell (Marum); her son Brian; her siblings, Jerome (Dorothy), Nic (Margaret), Jean (Katherine), Lawrence (Hazel), Fabian (Ethel), Sylvester "Red" (Charlotte), Matt (Rita) and Trudy Nelson (John); and her brother-in-law Vlad Rayer.
She is survived by: her children, Barb Kirchhof (Mike Bruce), Deb Rappold (Tony), Pete (Jill) and Mike (Emily); her grandchildren, Aaron, Brandon Kirchhof (Dani Heiland), Anthony (Emma), Emily, Bill Rappold, Ciara, Connor Walsh and Haley Walsh; her stepgrandchildren, Ali of Kristen, BJ, Brad Halvorson, Maddie, Macey and Myles Heiland; and her sister-in-law Jean Rayer. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
