She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Jacobson and Imogene Jacobson (Hadoff). She is survived by: her children, Lisa Johnson (Shawn), Amy Heins (Joseph Halleland) and Thomas Heins (Dana); her grandchildren, Shantell, Tommy, Davis, Destiny, Tayah and Jayden; and her siblings, Debbie Guiher (Paul), Scott Jacobson (Debbie) and Curt Jacobson.
