She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Schaefer and Minnie Schaefer; her husband Leslie Smith; and her son-in-law Jay Cheney. She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Cheney of Byron; her grandsons, Brad Clark (Naomi) of Rochester and Les Clark (Jean) of Pine Island; her stepgrandchildren, Roberta Zieman (Gene) of Byron and Jeff Cheney (Amy) of Mantorville; and her sisters, Lorraine Flicek of Kasson and Patricia Smith (Larry) of Pine Island. She is also survived by 4 great-granddaughters, many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
