He was predeceased by: his parents, Arne Arneson and Verna Arneson (Engelhart); and his siblings, Paul Arneson and Marilyn Arneson Crary. He is survived by: his wife Linda Hohenstein; his son Joseph Arneson (Cyndi); and his granddaughter Audrey.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the River Park Chapel at Macken Funeral Home (1105 12th St SE, Rochester, MN 55904). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 at the Prairieville United Methodist Cemetery.
