He is survived by: his wife Becky; his children, Ashley Fazio, David, Shauna Fazio, Steven and Tayla Fazio; his grandchildren, Peyton, Piper, Edward and Kyle; his grandpups, Maverick, Alita and Sloane; Glen, Mary Lou Roberts, Lorraine Springer, Linda Boatright (Robin), Eddie Fazio (Cindy), Vikki Berard (Doug), Jeff Fazio (Lisa), Paul Fazio (Cheryl), Kevin Roberts (Jaime), Kendall Roberts (Cindy) and Tom Roberts (Michelle). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
