He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Rebstock and Alfreda Rebstock. He is survived by: his wife Ellen; his sons, Mark, Tim, Peter, Scheveningen, San Francisco, Kingston and Sacramento; his sister Barbara Bucholtz; his daughters-in-law, Tracy and Katherine; and his grandchildren, Charlie and Anna.
