David R. Zemke Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David R. Zemke of Rochester, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 4, 2025 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arleigh A. Zemke and Lois K. Zemke (Reese); his wife Julie A. Zemke; his daughters, Jessica Zemke and Jackie Riddell (John); his grandchildren, Aubrey K. Meyers, Leila R. DiSalvo, Jonathan B. Zemke and Mark R. Riddell; and his siblings, Wanda Hadler (Alan), Mary Smith (Kevin) and Jim Zemke (Deb). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the River Park Chapel at Macken Funeral Home (1105 12th St SE, Rochester, MN 55904). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Resurrection Evangelical Lutheran Church (4520 19th Ave NW, Rochester, MN 55901).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (Blood Cancer United) or Resurrection or Life Lutheran Church.
