It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Arvene Billman of Rochester, Minnesota, who passed away on April 28, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer H. Billman and Anna L. Billman (King); his wife Pauline L. Klingsporn; his son Rick; and his son-in-law Tim.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Reese (Steve) of Rochester, MN and Teresa Smallen of Montgomery, MN; his brother Larry Billman (Janice) of Chatfield, MN; his daughter-in-law Diane Billman of Eagan, MN; and his grandchildren, Tony Billman (Jess), Christina Schneiderhan (Todd), Laura Billman, Kelly Carretero (Adrien), Whitney Davine (Trevor) and Ryan Smallen (Ashle). He is also survived by 3 step great-grandchildren, 2 step great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
