He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Evan and Annabelle Lloyd (Leggat); his wife Thelma Josephine Ternus; and his siblings, Margaret Ann and Robert Evan.
He is survived by: his children, Margaret, Linda of Rochester, John (Andrea) of Colorado Springs and Susan Williams (Lynn) of Loveland, Colorado; and his grandchildren, Shane Williams, Rachel Lloyd of Denver and Taylor Williams of Tacoma, Washington..
Memorials are suggested to the Rochester Korean War Veterans Club or the Postville Welsh Cemetery in care of the family.
