He was predeceased by: his father Stanley Pringnitz; his father-in-law Wayne Northey; and his brother-in-law Bill Northey. He is survived by: his mother Eunice Pringnitz (Button); his wife Nancy of Spirit Lake, Iowa; his children, Andy Pringnitz (Samantha) of Waukee, Anna Chalmers (Michael) of Roseville and Alex Pringnitz (Sierra) of Clive, Iowa; his grandchildren, Crew, Ash, Colt, Oliver, Leila and Theodore Douglas; his siblings, Diane Budding (Wayne), Kathy Abens (Jim), Dick Pringnitz (Loni), Scott Pringnitz (Deana) and Wanda Hoven (Jim Nalley); his mother-in-law Margaret Northey; and his sister-in-law Cindy Northey. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Turner Jenness Funeral Home (1302 Hill Ave, Spirit Lake, IA 51360). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Crosswinds Church (2805 Erie Ave, Spirit Lake, IA 51360).
