He is survived by: his children, Paul, Thomas, Mary, Mark, Anne, Sarah and Andrew; his grandchildren, Peter, Olivia, Jakob, Moira and Miles; and his great grandchild Stone.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Dorothy Day Hospitality House.
