He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Nellie Rosencrants and Edward A. Rosencrants; his wife Gloria Leimbek; his daughters, Robin Kleinert (Tom), Gail Cook and Diana Kressin (Keith); his grandchildren, Justin Cook (Heather), Chris Cook, Teddy Cook, Annie Oldenburg (Mike) and Jeff Kleinert (Bryanne); and his great grandchildren, Henry and Malcolm Oldenburg.
