She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Dahl and Ella Dahl; and her siblings, Dorothea Mae Dahl, Luverne Hviding, David, Leland and Alan Dahl.
She is survived by: her husband J. Paul Gustafson; her daughter Carol Springer (Pastor Dan) of Pender; her grandchild Jan Gatzke (Steve) of Rochester; her son Dr. Michael (Arwen) of Scottsdale; her brother Jerry Dahl (Jewel) of Ulen, Minnesota.; and her grandchildren, Joshua, Jordan, Hannah (Tavish Kinkead), Hope Springer, Benjamin, Annika (Cory Balmes), Lydia, Miles Gustafson, Amaya and Weston Gatzke.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Samaritan's Purse, Billy Graham Ministries or Charter House Benevolent Fund, in honor of Elaine.
