He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Rubow and Amelia Rubow (Buske); and his son Jess Rubow (Sue). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Rubow (Reed); his grandchildren, Kadi, Mitchell and Tia; and his sister Charlene Whitcomb of Frankfort, KY. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
