It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ethel Mae Gehrking of Rochester, Minnesota, born in Alton, Iowa, who passed away on December 23, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Roos and Esther Roos (Hyink); her husband Lyle Hall; her former husband William Gehrking; and her siblings, Joyce, Betty Hellickson, Donald (Bert Roos), Leroy (Dorla Roos) and Eddie (Harriet Roos).
She is survived by: her children, Vicki Sikkink (Gary) of Rochester, MN, Cindy Steege (Wayne) of Zumbrota, MN and Michael Gehrking (Susan) of Hayward, WI; her grandchildren, Chad Sikkink (Brooke), Adam Sikkink (Kelse), Jacklin Steege (Dalton), Kaitlin Steege (Dan), Michael Gehrking (Amy) and Elizabeth Barraza (Mickael); her great grandchildren, Grady, Jack, Blake, Nora, Mario, Ira, Mila, Amarianna and Henry; and her sister Ruby Bushman (Ken).
Memorials are preferred to the Watson Creek Cemetery Association in Preston, MN or Mayo Hospice Rochester, MN.
