She is survived by: her husband Stan Probst; her children, Laura, Tony (Joyce), Timothy (Martha) and Mary Olsen (Michael); her grandchildren, Troy (Meryem Dede), Kelley Shepherd (Zachary), Dan (Trinh To), Jeff, Jacob (Emily Harper), Andrew (Anna Menezes), Zachary Olsen and Katherine Olsen; her great grandchildren, Oliver, Theodore, Marshall, Florence and Ayla Dede; and her friend Kelsey Bruso. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church (1114 3rd St SE, Rochester, MN 55904). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the St. Francis of Assisi Church (1114 3rd St SE, Rochester, MN 55904). A reception will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the River Park Reception Hall at Macken Funeral Home (1119 11 1/2 St SE, Rochester, MN 55904).
Memorials to St. Francis of Assisi Church are preferred, or to the donor's choice.
