“Dr. Nobrega was my physician when I first worked at the Mayo Clinic from Preventive Medicine. I still remember his smile and the good care I got working with him as his patient. I also knew him as a great volunteer in the Olmsted County GOP. He was so active with us and busy. What a wonderful kind man we have lost on this earth but heaven has a special person and a good angel in him now. I will see you again someday Dr. Nobrega. Diana Friemann”
