He is survived by: his wife Kim; his sons, Ethan, Colby and Jacob; his father Gary Sr. (Susan); his siblings, Beth (Adam), Derek (Elizabeth) and Eric (Heather); his mother Cindy; and his nieces and nephews, Brady, Carson, Nolan, Cole, Landyn, Holden, Isabella and Paxton. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
