Gene E. Harnack Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gene E. Harnack of Rochester, Minnesota, who passed away on September 27, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elden Harnack and Lenora Harnack (Maass); his former wife Ardie; his sister Judy; his brother-in-law James Daly; his stepson Michael Flynn; and his son-in-law Robert Pfaff.

He is survived by: his wife Marlene; his daughters, Christine Harnack and Julie; his son-in-law Steve Lent (Rebecca Harnack Pfaff); his brother Thomas Harnack; his sister-in-law Connie; and his stepsons, Steve Flynn, Tom Flynn and Brian Flynn. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials to be made to Season's Hospice or Good Shepard Lutheran Church.
