With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Gerald Thompson of Rochester, Minnesota, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ron Thompson and Pearl Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Charlann (Koetz); his children, Josh Thompson (Michele) of Chatfield, Corey Thompson (Elizabeth) of Raleigh, NC and Erika Meyer (Stephen) of Rochester; his grandchildren, Braden, Logan, Aviana, Noah, Eliana, Evan, Sedona, Grant, Seth, Joselyn, Ethan, Isaiah and Sophia; and his brothers, Allan Thompson (Loni) of Lewiston and Doug Thompson (Kris) of Rochester.

Any memorials given will go towards a scholarship that is being established in Jerry's memory at Martin Luther College in New Ulm.
