She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Kanz and Lucille Kanz (Kohner); her children, Tom Sturgis, Joe Sturgis and Pat Beighley; her sons-in-law, Phil Beighley and Roger Marcel; her grandchildren, Brian Beighley and Krista Allen; her siblings, Robert Kanz, Thomas Kanz, Richard Kanz, Betty Younger and Bernadine Mayzek; and her siblings-in-law, Oliver Younger, Tom Heim, Jim Paszkiewicz and Janet Kanz.
She is survived by: her husband Darrell; her children, Ron Sturgis (Helen), Kathy Little (Stan), Marie Schmitt (Jerry), Joan Marcel, Bernie Sturgis (Jean), Rose Julian (Kurt), Sue Moechnig (Dwayne), Peggy Allen (Jeff), Janet Howard and John Sturgis (Lisa); her daughter-in-law Cindy Sturgis; her sisters, Olivia Heim, Donna Daley (Pat) and Mary Paszkiewicz; and her siblings-in-law, Elizabeth Kanz, Nadine Kanz and John Mayzek. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
