He is survived by: his wife Sharon (Ballard); his daughter Julie Bierbaum (Gary) of Apple; his grandchildren, Jaya Bierbaum, Lynn Bierbaum, Kamryn Storm (Kaleb), Kal Kullot, Joe Bierbaum, Jason Bierbaum, Danny Bierbaum, Ben Kullot and Tanner Kullot; and his siblings, Bob Kullot (Rita), Dennis Kullot (Irene) and Kathy Herman.
