She was predeceased by: her parents, William Wohlfiel and Fay Wohlfiel; her husband Forest Higgins; her siblings, Alvin, Calvin, Kenneth, Leonard, Evelyn and Fern; and her grandson William C. Higgins, Jr..

She is survived by: her children, William (Suzi) of Hilton Head, SC, Lawrence (Pam) of Bloomington, MN and Kathrine of Richfield, MN; her grandchildren, Lisa, Nicole and Justin; and her great grandchild Brooke.

Due to current health concerns and restrictions, please respect social distancing and the wearing of face masks both at the funeral service.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Luke's Episcopal Church, Rochester, MN.
