Howard E. Wagner Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on February 19, 2023, Howard E. Wagner (Rochester, Minnesota), born in Pocahontas, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Marie Wagner (Englert) and Anthony Wagner; his siblings, Raymond, Lowell Wagner and Evangeline Bass; and his son-in-law Dean Field.

He is survived by: his wife Veronica Wagner (Vickey) of Rochester, MN; his sister Madonna Koebele of Kasson, MN; his children, Julie Modjeski (Tim) of Frontenac, MN, Lana Downes (Paul), Lori Field of Sunbury, OH and Tony Wagner of Byron, MN; his grandchildren, Drew, Taylor, Jill and Erik Modjeski; and his children, Kelly, Ryan, Kenzie, Nick Downes, Gabby, Cassie, Bella, Noah Field and Josephine Wagner.

Memorial donations preferred to Disabled American Veterans and Tunnel to Towers Foundation and in lieu of flowers, memorial trees will be planted in his honor.
