She was predeceased by: her parents, Cheng Kim Ngov and Soy Muoy Kor; and her brothers, Suy Hai Ou and Nam Ngov. She is survived by: her husband Chow Park Wong; her children, Peter and Pauline; her grandchildren, Bennett and Eloise; and her sister Yeak Sieng Ou.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes (5421 Royal Pl NW, Rochester, MN 55901). A celebration of life was held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Family Residence.
