The memory of Irene M. Jameson (Rochester, Minnesota), who passed away on January 20, 2025 at the age of 104, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Irene Thomas (Mix) and Curtis Melvin Thomas; her siblings, Jesse Thomas, Mildred Cox, Mary Benson, Lorraine Challis, Gordon Thomas and Curt Thomas Jr. (Robert E. Jameson); her son Thomas E. Jameson (Jill); and her daughter-in-law Jill R. Jameson-Carlson.
She is survived by: her children, Michael W Jameson (Nancy) and Sue L. Demaine (William); her grandchildren, Robert Jameson (Allison), Ryan Jameson (Corin), Daniel Jameson, Bethany Carlson (Dan) (Jameson), Katelyn Jameson-Jenkins (Nathan) and Margaret Demaine; her great grandchildren, Leo Gonzales, Percy Gonzales, Jonah Carlson, Emery Jameson, Evie Carlson and Lucy Jameson; and her sister Carolyn Searfoss. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Valley View Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family would suggest a donation to a food bank, animal shelter, or Mayo Palliative Care Program.
