James Heydon Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of James Heydon of Rochester, Minnesota. James, born on June 14, 1957, passed away on June 21, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Donna Sloan; his father-in-law Ernie Sloan; his brothers-in-law, Dave Balow and Ernie Larson; his nephew-in-law Ed Boso; and his aunts, Hazel and Alta.

He is survived by: his wife Pat; his daughters, Megan, Jana Odenthal (Jesse) and Emily; his grandchildren, Maxwell James and Emma Louise; his siblings, Mary Balow, John (Pat), Ann (John Jilk) and Joe; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy, Bill (Lynne), Mike (Janel), Susan and Jennifer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Pius X Catholic School or the donor's choice.
