He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Griffin and Madeline Griffin; his brothers, Gerald and David; and his stepdaughter Susan Vroman Bernard.
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Lorsung Vroman; his children, Michael (Judy) of Sun City, AZ, Brian (Denise) of Albany, NY and Maureen (Daymond) of Show Low, AZ; his stepsons, Richard Vroman (Jennifer) of Louisburg, NC and Daniel Vroman (Cherie) of Plymouth, MN.; and his stepgrandsons, Noah Vroman, Elijah Vroman, Jonah Vroman, Jessie Paynter (Cassie), Nathan Paynter and Dylan Paynter. He is also survived by three step great-grandsons.
