She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hulbert and Lucille Hulbert (Turner); her sister Anna Rairdin; and her parents-in-law, Bernard and Harriet Tlougan.
She is survived by: her husband Jim; her daughters, Robyn Gifford (John) of Rochester, MN and Amy Malvin (Scott) of Good Thunder, MN; and her grandsons, Ian, Collin Gifford of Rochester, MN and Nicholas Malvin of Good Thunder, MN..
After surviving COVID pneumonia in 2021, Jane was diagnosed with intrahepatic bile duct carcinoma.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Victory Baptist Church, 606 36th Avenue SE, Rochester, MN 55904.
