We are sad to announce that on September 18, 2021, at the age of 90, Jay Louis Heider in Rochester, Minnesota, born in Abrams, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Heider and Florence Heider (Knowles); and his daughter-in-law Tracy Heider. He is survived by: his wife Arlene; his children, James Heider (Donna) of Alpharetta, GA and Debra Nichols (Richard) of Lakeville, MN; his grandchildren, Michael Heider, Jennifer McClish (Adam), Derek and Megan Nichols; his great grandchild Anna McClish; and his sister Grace Krause of Escanaba, MI..

Memorials can be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, American Macular Degeneration Foundation, and St. Pius X Catholic Church.
