She is survived by: her mother Ethel Flesness (Anderson); and her children, Gwen Vilen of Rochester, MN, Janice Schlatter (Charlie) of River Falls, Kathryn Vilen of Yankton, SD, Jeffrey Vilen (Christine Wheatley) of Zumbro Falls, MN, Gail McKenney of Rochester, MN, Randall Vilen of Raton, NM, Todd Vilen (Barbara) of Chapel Hill, NC, Anne Vilen of Asheville, NC and Jennifer Jaeckels (Jeffrey) of Oregon, WI. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.
