He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Hetletvedt and Beverly Hetletvedt (Watson); his sisters, Mitzi and Lauri; and his brother-in-law Brian.
He is survived by: his wife Carmen Blowers; his niece Ashley; and his brother-in-law Dan (Lauri). He is also survived by several cousins; and his aunt and uncle.
