With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jim Stocker in Rochester, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 24, 2026 at the age of 86. In the sacred silence of farewell, Jim is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He is survived by: his wife Carol Kuhfuss; his sons, Michael Stocker (Jodi) of Davenport and Scott Stocker of Phoenix, Arizona; his brothers, John Stocker (Linda) of Colorado and Joel Stocker (Donna) of Wisconsin; his in-laws, Ted, Pat Buluga of Kasson, Kim and Barbara Kuhfuss of Burnsville; and his grandchildren, Tony Stocker (Miranda) of Iowa, Andrew Stocker (Avia) of North Carolina and Alissa Stocker of Georgia. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
