She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Thomas and Catherine Thomas (Schminder); her husband Otto John Havelka; her sister Barbara Kelly-Inouye; and her niece Paula Thomas.

She is survived by: her children, John Havelka (Amy Jo), Craig Havelka (Lisa) of Medford, MN, Jodi Havelka of Grant, MI and Cindy Purrier (LeRoy) of Rochester, MN; her grandchildren, Eli, Abe, Sol, Kate Havelka, Colton, Taylor Havelka, Emma and Abby Purrier; her siblings, Rose Marie Steiner and Paul Thomas; and her foster daughter Linda.

Memorials are preferred to Community Pathways, Crisis Resource Center, or donor's choice.
