He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Baker and Rose Baker (Lillie); his siblings, Evelyn, Tom (Mary) and Wesley (Bette); his sister-in-law Margaret Mary Borst (Elbert); his nephew Richard Baker; and his niece Nancy Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne O'Neil of Bridget's Catholic Church; and his children, Margaret, Anthony, Jan Baker of Rochester, Amy Baker of Minneapolis and Helen Sicking (Carl) of Albuquerque. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
