He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edward and Gertrude Mae Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Lara (Randy Hedegaard) of Woodbury, MN and Ryan (Sarah Lisiecki) of Las Cruces, NM; his grandchildren, Arin and Leah of Woodbury, MN.; and his children, Gold Cross and Serve.
