He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Louis and Mary Darlene Puhl (Durkin); and his sister Susan Puhl. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Puhl; his son Ben Puhl of Minnetonka, MN; and his siblings, Kathy Luetkenhoelter (Bob) of Lee's Summit, MO and Mike Puhl (Helen) of Tulsa, OK.
Memorials may be given to NAMI Southeast Minnesota.
