It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joy Fraki of Rochester, Minnesota, born in North Liberty, Indiana, who passed away on August 15, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Springman and Charles Springman. She is survived by: her husband Lawrence; her children, Deborah Swarthout, Jeff Fraki (Stephanie), Nancy Lexvold (David), Susan Nelson (Kevin) and Michelle Wiskow; her grandchildren, Sarah (Andrew), Patricia, Matthew, Terry (Ginger), Angela, Andrew, Amy (Michael), Megan, Adam, Ryan and Jacob; and her great grandchildren, Jackson, Kaylee, Sullivan and Sawyer.
Family request memorials be given in Joy's name to St. Croix Hospice.
