She was predeceased by: her parents, James Sylling and Dagny Sylling (Petersen); her husband Gene Blomgren; her in-laws, Harold and Sarah Blomgren; and her brother-in-law Dick Rosenberg.
She is survived by: her children, James Blomgren (Brenda) of Grand Meadow and Deanna Henderson (Kevin Schultz) of Waseca; her grandchildren, Jennifer Henderson, Laura Funk (Daniel) and Steven Blomgren (Amanda); her great grandchildren, Harper, Hendrix Funk and Graham Kotten; her siblings, Donald Sylling (Ethel) of Spring Grove and Shirley Rosenberg of Rochester; and her sister-in-law Sharon Burnikel (Wayne) of Lime Springs.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Zumbro Lutheran Church (624 3rd Ave SW, Rochester, MN 55902). A memorial service was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
