She was predeceased by : her husband Donald Holappa; her parents, Anita Laitinen and John Laitinen; and her brother Dick. She is survived by : her children, Sherri McMeeking (John), Daniel and Mardi Wilson (Michael); her grandchildren, Samantha, Amy and Ian; and her great grandchildren, Gentry and Savannah.
